From the perspective of a customer, the web site does not provide what we really want. There is no value proposition, the case studies are in PDF form (which requires a download) and I have no way to see how other customers have experienced benefits of the products.
Competitors (identified by Google in a "related" search) are closer to customers. NetIQ, SpectraLink and Reconnex score higher and are in a stronger position with customers.
