It quantifies its value proposition by showing that SugarCRM represents a lower total cost of ownership. In the Athena case study the company reinforces it value proposition by stating that "the cost to complete the basic Sugar Professional customization and integration work was paid with 3 months of their previous salesforce.com expense."
Sugar Universityis a learning environment that includes Seminars, Workshops and an Online Library of video, audio and textual resources.
The web site also features Community Forums that invite developers and customers to start threads and continue a conversaton. In the case of the SugarWiki Discussion Forum, it has not attracted many posts (as of this writing) and the user interface design does not make it easy to follow discussions.
SugarForge is a web-based environment that brings the Community together to share what they know and keep a continue conversation going about best practices.
