Soffront describes itself as a "mid-market CRM leader." Their hosted ASP provides sales, marketing, service features, plus order management, customer analytics and call center technology on-demand. The site does a good job of describing product features, but prospects have to infer from them and the case studies what the benefits and value proposition might be. The New England Controls case study offers good background and provides enough information as proof points to their premise that their on-demand products do add value. They could take much better advantage of their web site by opening a conversation with the market to define their value proposition.
