Intuit scored only a 80 out of a possible 100 because it does not articulate its value proposition or provide case studies of customer successes. The site does provide customer testimonials and access to the Quicken Community. The community represents the voice of real people, in their own language. This helps in web searches, and in particular, assures that Intuit is positioned among the most appropriate peers in "related" searches on Google.

This community allows users of Intuit to share hints and tips about the best ways to utilize the functions of Quicken. It does not go as far as DialogueTDN, in that it does not encourage users to quantify Quicken's value proposition or suggestions on how to make Quicken more complete.
