Citrix offers a comprehensive web site, that is in a "monologue" mode: It tells the market what it want people to think. Yet, for all that it has to say, Citrix cannot quantify its value proposition. Case Studies provide helpful information for prospects to understand the practical benefits of products.
Citrix also presents the App Delivery Expo, which focuses on creating consistent rich Web 2.0 applications. It is ironic that a company talking about Web 2.0 does not do it, too.
Without user-generated content, the site does not necessarily make it easy for search engines to contextual who they compete against. Sonic Wall, Business Objects, and Go to My PC were listed as the top three "related" according to Google.
